Job summary

Addition Financial Credit Union is seeking a part-time Relationship Advisor to engage with members, promote financial solutions, and drive member education across channels. You will help grow deposits, defend against fraud, and balance branch duties with platform services while delivering personalized service.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience in sales or member services, strong communication, and a willingness to learn about our credit union products.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in a sale or member service role with cash handling experience.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong member relationships to understand financial needs and promote products.
• Deliver exceptional member service and promptly address inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to expand membership and promote deposits.
• Drive deposit growth through relationship building and guidance.
• Help reduce operational losses and support branch efficiency.
• Balance teller duties with platform services as needed.
• Reach out to members to strengthen relationships and address needs.
• Assist with branch opening/closing and resolving teller outages.
• Process transactions for personal and business accounts accurately.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve goals and improve service.
