Job summary

Interra Credit Union in Goshen, IN is seeking a Member Advisor I to build trust with members by cultivating, maintaining, and enhancing long-lasting relationships while connecting solutions across spend, save, borrow, and protect needs.

You will work with the advisor team to support transactions, maintain accounts, and ensure accurate documentation, while delivering a positive member experience and opportunities for referrals and growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year customer service experience in banking, retail, or related field.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and the ability to become a notary public.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate, maintain, and enhance relationships with members while uncovering solutions to their needs.
• Open, close, and maintain member files and process transactions with accuracy.
• Refer complex problems to senior staff and follow up on resolutions.
• Support branches, including weekends or extended hours when required.
• Engage with sales teams to nurture leads through to close.
