Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert (SSE) at our Carson, CA club. The SSE provides a compelling sales and service experience, guiding guests through membership, fitness, and retail offerings while building relationships that support member acquisition and retention.

The role emphasizes delivering guest engagement, achieving sales goals, and participating in lead generation and onboarding activities to drive club profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CPR/AED certification within 60 days.
• 1–2 years of service sales experience preferred.
• Experience in fitness or retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a club environment, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute CARE sales model with each guest and explain how products/services meet fitness needs.
• Tour guests and describe facility, equipment, and services aligned to fitness goals.
• Register guests through digital kiosk and explain membership options clearly.
• Enroll members using company sales techniques and MAP procedures.
• On-board new members and support retention activities to drive profitability.
• Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals.
