• Onboarding to welcome new members to ACU.
• Outbound calling / emailing members to verify current product and service.
• Ensure members receive superior service.
• Engage and educate members on current products and services.
• Clearly communicate account setup requirements.
• Leverage feedback for continuous improvement to onboarding.
