Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a service-oriented role.
• Cash-handling experience in a financial institution is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online tools.

• Welcome and direct members, providing a positive experience from start to finish.
• Open and close accounts, explain services, and perform research as needed.
• Resolve discrepancies and assist with loans, closings, and servicing tasks.
