Qualifications

• 1-2 years of member or customer service, call center, or banking experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Adobe PDF.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to explain products clearly.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new members to ACU with a welcoming orientation.
• Outbound calling and emailing members to verify current products and services.
• Provide superior service and educate members on offerings.
• Clearly communicate account setup requirements and process steps.
• Leverage member feedback to improve onboarding processes.
• Develop relationships with new and existing members to meet financial objectives.
• Refer unresolved needs to appropriate department or supervisor.
• Assist and support other departments in handling member requests and needs.
• Participate in tracking and reporting activities to measure engagement.
