The position also focuses on member engagement, planning events with the Event Coordinator, and crafting transparent communications for external and internal audiences, ensuring consistent leadership messaging.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content and managing communications within a club or membership context.
• Ability to organize onboarding for new members and maintain databases.
• Strong written communication and event planning skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Membership Administration: process new member docs, orient members, maintain the database, support recruitment.
• Drive Membership Engagement: track usage, plan and run events with the Event Coordinator to boost engagement.
• Lead External/Internal Communications: publish weekly updates, manage calendars, SEO presence, and leadership communications.
