Job summary

Zion HealthShare is seeking an Education Specialist to guide new members through orientation, membership access, and available resources. You’ll communicate via phone, email, chat, and live sessions, ensuring members understand their benefits and how to use them.

Join a friendly Member Services team focused on creating a positive start for every member. Remote-friendly training is available with onsite collaboration, and a strong emphasis on compassionate, clear communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, education, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking to individuals and groups in both virtual and live settings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to explain complex topics in a simple, relatable way.
• Passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and educate new members through live orientation presentations.
• Provide clear, compassionate, and accurate information via phone, email, chat, and live presentations.
• Lead engaging member orientation presentations to help members understand their membership.
• Support the Member Support team between presentations by answering inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Listen to member questions and concerns and connect to appropriate resources.
• Help develop and improve educational materials and resources.
• Document member interactions and feedback to improve education and experience.
• Collaborate with Member Support and other departments for consistent information.
