Zion HealthShare in the United States is seeking an Education Specialist to welcome and educate new members, guiding them through membership access and resources. Youll connect with members by phone and through live presentations, ensuring they understand benefits and how to use them.

You will deliver live orientation, answer questions across phone, email, and chat, and help develop educational materials, contributing to a positive first impression and ongoing member support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, education, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking to individuals and groups in virtual and live settings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to explain complex topics in a simple, relatable way.
• Passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and educate new members through orientation presentations.
• Provide clear, compassionate information via phone, email, chat, and live presentations.
• Lead engaging member orientation presentations to build confidence using membership.
• Support the Member Support team by handling inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Listen to member questions and connect them with appropriate resources.
• Help develop and improve educational materials and resources.
• Document interactions and feedback to improve education and experience.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure consistent, helpful information.
