Job summary

Zion HealthShare is seeking a friendly customer service representative to be the voice of our nonprofit cost-sharing program. You will assist members by phone, email, and chat, resolving questions and guiding them through our processes with care.

Key attributes include clear communication, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. We offer paid holidays, PTO, a 401k with company match, and onsite snacks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Able to type 45 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member requests and questions in a timely and efficient manner.
• Resolve member issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to members via phone, email, and chat.
• Act with a sense of urgency to address member needs.
• Create positive and innovative solutions that enhance the member experience.
