Responsibilities include answering member questions, resolving issues, and creating positive solutions to enhance the member experience, while collaborating with a dedicated team in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Able to type 45 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member requests and questions in a timely and efficient manner.
• Resolve member issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to members via phone, email, and chat.
