BECU in Monroe, LA is seeking a Member Consultant II to deliver a seamless member experience and expert guidance on financial products. You will diagnose members’ needs, provide top-tier service, and refer to specialized services when needed.

Training includes travel to the Tukwila Financial Center with a one-year commitment to the role and pod-based responsibilities across Monroe. Strong emphasis on sales, service, and financial wellness.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.
• Spanish language fluency highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and sales across banking products including business services, consumer lending, deposits, IRA, POA, and fiduciary accounts.
• Sign all line and loan documents originated through the call center.
• Support the community with financial wellness through budgeting assistance and access to planning resources.
