Job summary

BECU is hiring a Member Consultant II to deliver a seamless, high‑quality member experience across the Soundview District pod branches, including Gig Harbor and Silverdale, with location flexibility based on business needs.

You will apply product knowledge to assist with consumer lending, deposits, IRA and fiduciary accounts, sign documents, and refer members to specialized services as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• One year of experience in a financial institution.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and rotate across pod branches.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and sales across business services, consumer lending, deposits, IRA, POA, and Fiduciary accounts.
• Sign all line and loan documents originated through outbound/inbound calls.
• Assist the community with financial wellness and access to planning resources.
