Job summary

BECU is hiring a part-time Member Consultant II in Monroe to deliver high-quality member experiences and sales consultations across banking products. You will diagnose financial needs and refer to specialized services as appropriate.

The role requires sign-off on documents for inbound/outbound calls and participation in community financial wellness efforts. Training spans 12 weeks, with shifts Mon-Sat and some travel to Tukwila and Monroe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver seamless member experiences with excellent customer service and sales.
• Sign line and loan documents originated through outbound/inbound call center.
• Assist community with financial wellness, budgeting, debt management, and financial planning resources.
