Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and sales across business services, consumer lending, deposit servicing, IRA, POA, and Fiduciary accounts.
• Sign line and loan documents originated through the call center.
• Assist the community with financial wellness, budgeting, debt management, and access to planning resources.
