Job summary

Boeing Employees Credit Union (BECU) invites you to join our Monroe branch as a part-time Member Consultant II, delivering a high-quality member experience and sales guidance across financial products.

You will rely on product knowledge to assist with business services, consumer lending, deposits, and fiduciary accounts, while supporting financial wellness for the community. Training spans 12 weeks, with shifts 8:00am–6:30pm and Monday/Friday/Saturday coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented financial or retail environment.
• Spanish language fluency highly desirable and helpful for member interactions.
• Thorough understanding of the sales process and ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently.
• Strong proficiency with learning new systems and programs; ability to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member experience and sales consultation across business services, consumer lending, deposits, IRA, POA, and Fiduciary accounts.
• Sign all line and loan documents originated through the call center, ensuring member needs are fulfilled.
• Assist the community with financial wellness and budgeting resources.
