Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and sales, including business services, lending, deposits, and fiduciary accounts.
• Sign all line and loan documents originated through outbound/inbound call center to fulfill members’ needs.
• Assist the community with financial wellness through education programs and budgeting support.
• Refer members to specialized financial services when needed.
