Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is looking for a team member to provide outstanding service to our members while enforcing merchandise protection policies at the store. You will monitor entrances/exits, assist customers, and help maintain a safe shopping environment.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work with a handheld device, and a readiness to support store policies and daily operations. This position supports a fast-paced, team-based environment at our Boynton Beach location.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are required.
• Basic math skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers customer service to members in a prompt, friendly manner and resolves concerns.
• Maintains and enforces merchandise protection procedures and shrink alert protocols.
• Audits Express Pay, BOPIC, Curbside Pick-up, and Same Day Delivery per company procedures.
• Responds to Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) alarms according to established procedures.
