Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Manager in Dallas to drive a member-centric experience and lead a team delivering a full range of club products and services. You will hire, train, and coach staff, align sales with member wellness goals, and ensure strong engagement with guests and members.

You will partner with leadership to meet club targets, plan local marketing, and maintain a high-quality, welcoming environment while promoting gym offerings and membership growth.

Qualifications

• Leadership and coaching experience in a sales/service team.
• Strong member-centric approach and in-person engagement.
• Excellent communication with guests, members and staff.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop Sales and Service team members.
• Lead Sales and Service team to offer tailored product/service options.
• Coach and assess team performance; provide feedback.
• Oversee training to ensure excellent member-centric service.
• Drive department targets: new member sales and revenue; retention.
