Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Manager to lead a club’s sales and service experiences, driving member acquisition, retention, and revenue across memberships, fitness, and retail.

You will hire, coach and develop the Sales and Service team, set performance targets, oversee training, and ensure a member-centric environment with strong leadership across daily operations and guest engagement.
