Job summary

MSU Federal Credit Union is seeking a Financial Services Specialist to deliver personalized service, assess each member’s financial position, and suggest tailored solutions to improve their financial wellbeing. You will engage with members onsite, cross-sell products, and support branch goals while maintaining strong risk controls.

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
Availability to work during branch hours, including Saturdays, and to support other locations to meet needs across the branch network.

Responsibilities

Listen to member needs, analyze financial position, and recommend tailored solutions.
Cross-sell products and services to support members’ financial wellbeing.
Process transactions accurately and maintain operational integrity.
Review transactions for red flags and escalate as needed to Fraud Department.
Assist in onboarding new accounts and refer relevant products to members.
