Responsibilities

• Listen to member needs and analyze their financial position to recommend tailored solutions.
• Cross-sell products and services to support member goals.
• Process transactions accurately while maintaining operational integrity.
• Review transactions for red flags and escalate as needed to Fraud Department.
• Assist with business accounts and referrals to partners.
• Engage with members at community events to build relationships.
