MSU Federal Credit Union in Michigan is seeking a Financial Services Specialist to deliver personalized service and analyze each member’s financial position to recommend tailored solutions. You will cross-sell products, handle transactions across two systems, and maintain high standards of accuracy and member satisfaction.

You will engage with members at the Central Park Branch, contribute to community outreach, and promote online tools to enhance financial well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Availability to work during branch hours, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Actively listen to uncover member needs and review financial positions to tailor solutions.
• Identify and recommend products and services to meet member goals and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently across two cash drawers and two systems.
• Review transactions and account activity for red flags and escalate to Fraud as needed.
• Engage with members to build relationships and promote Credit Union technology.
