U.S. Eagle Federal Credit Union is hiring a Financial Contact Center Representative to assist members with telephone and online requests in a busy call center. You will explain services, resolve issues within authority, and refer complex problems to your supervisor.

The role offers full-time and 3/4-time options with a flexible schedule Monday through Saturday. Starting at $21.16/hour, the position includes medical, dental, vision insurance, life and disability coverage, a 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• One year to three years of similar or related experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn multiple software applications and core system.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and potential members with telephone and online requests.
• Process transactions and account maintenance tasks over the phone.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and educate on services and benefits.
• Provide online and mobile access assistance and enrollment support.
• Handle escalated calls with professionalism and accuracy.
