Job summary

Freedom Federal Credit Union is seeking a Contact Center Representative I to deliver outstanding member service via phone, email, and chat. You will resolve inquiries, promote products, and support digital banking tools in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a starting rate of $22/hour, with eligibility for a $500 sign-on bonus and opportunities to meet cross-sell targets while maintaining high service quality and security standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or sales required; banking/financial services experience preferred.
• Knowledge of credit union products, services, and regulatory requirements preferred.
• Proven sales and member service experience with a track record of achieving targets.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from members regarding accounts and services.
• Provide accurate information on credit union products, policies, and procedures.
• Assist members with online banking, mobile banking, and other digital services.
