Nuvision Federal Credit Union is hiring a Member Contact Center Representative I in Arizona to deliver excellent member service by phone, email, and online channels. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and basic online banking support while maintaining confidentiality and a high standard of service.

The role emphasizes conversations that matter, cross-selling appropriate products, and providing trusted financial guidance with a positive, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience with a proven track record in meeting and/or exceeding service and sales goals.
• Basic understanding of financial products and services.
• Professional verbal skills and etiquette.
• Competent computer knowledge including Word, Outlook and Excel, remote signing, and ability to work with a webcam.

Responsabilités

• Provide efficient and timely service to members via phone, mail, or other channels.
• Perform basic member service transactions with accuracy.
• Consult with members and identify their needs.
• Offer solutions and follow up on transactions.
• Open new member accounts and process deposits, withdrawals, and loans.
