Nuvision Federal Credit Union is seeking a diligent Member Contact Center Representative I to deliver outstanding member service across phone, email, web, and mail channels. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, and online banking support while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

The role emphasizes cross-selling and maintaining positive member relationships. The position focuses on providing timely, friendly service and adhering to a defined schedule to meet service standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience with a proven track record in meeting and/or exceeding service and sales goals.
• Basic understanding of financial products and services.
• Professional verbal skills and etiquette.
• Competent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook and Excel).
• Excellent follow up and strong interpersonal and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and timely service to members via phone, email, mail, and facsimile.
• Process basic member service transactions with accuracy.
• Identify needs, offer solutions, and follow up on pending transactions.
• Consult with members and cross-sell appropriate products and services.
• Open and maintain member accounts and related documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
