First Commerce Credit Union is seeking a Financial Services Officer to deliver remarkable member service and build lasting relationships. You will originate consumer loans, guide members through loan options, and meet sales and referral goals while growing your book of business within the financial center.

You will interview applicants, explain terms, and ensure files are complete while supporting servicing tasks and cross-selling FCCU solutions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of credit union deposit and loan products (including mortgages).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Consistently positive, courteous member service.
• Flexible Monday-Friday schedule.

Responsabilités

• Originate consumer loans and respond to member needs with guidance.
• Interview loan applicants and explain options and terms.
• Approve or deny loans within guidelines and ensure file completeness.
• Support loan servicing, balance transactions, and promote self-service tools.
