Job summary

First Capital Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Member Services Officer to join our team in a service-focused environment. The role involves assisting members with loan needs, guiding them to the right Credit Union products, and supporting checking and savings activities including CDs and IRAs.

Ideal candidates are able to communicate professionally with members via phone, email, and in person, have at least two years in customer service or banking, and can navigate Windows-based PC

Qualifications

• Two years minimum working in customer service, banking, or a related field.
• Able to professionally communicate with members via phone, email, and in-person.
• Ability to navigate/operate a PC in a Windows-based system and apps.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with loan needs and guidance on Credit Union products and services.
• Support members with checking and savings needs, including CDs and IRAs.
• Help members use digital services such as the mobile app and online banking.
• Identify opportunities for new products and services to meet member needs.
