United Federal Credit Union seeks a Member Service Advisor to strengthen member relationships by responding to service requests and recommending loan and deposit products. You will help members meet needs, achieve sales goals, and provide lending guidance per established guidelines.

Responsibilities include executing loan applications, resolving inquiries, maintaining documentation, and supporting training initiatives. Teller duties may be required as needed, with a focus on service excellence.

Qualificações

• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Minimum two years in related sales; proven sales/referral results; NMLS registration required upon hire.
• Strong communication, writing, and computer skills; solid knowledge of lending principles.

Responsabilidades

• Sell and deliver Credit Union loan, deposit, investment, business, electronic and convenience products and services.
• Provide product information and resolve member inquiries; maintain relationships and issue resolution.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely; participate in training and team development; perform teller duties as needed.
