University of Illinois Community Credit Union (UICCU) is hiring an Universal Service Representative (USR) at the Five Points Urbana branch. The role emphasizes friendly member service, guiding members toward suitable financial solutions, and maintaining accurate cash handling and records.

You will help members daily, build product knowledge, and uphold compliance and security standards. We seek candidates with up to six months of related experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience along with proven customer service.
• Problem solving skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member service and build loyalty.

• Balance cash drawer and maintain inventory integrity.
• Adhere to policies to ensure accurate transactions.
• Own member problems with appropriate follow-up for best resolution.
• Be flexible to assist at other branches, including Saturdays.
