Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be eligible to register with NMLS per SAFE Act.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions and resolve account issues.
• Answer member questions with a professional, courteous approach.
• Promote CEFCU/CEFCU Investment Services products.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and comply with regulations.
• Cross-trained as receptionist and support office duties.
