Job summary

USC Credit Union is seeking a Member Relationship Specialist I to join its central branch team. You will build strong member relationships, analyze needs, and offer customized financial solutions using in-depth product knowledge.

This role reports to Branch Manager/Supervisor and may back up other USC CU locations as needed. You will handle transactions efficiently, meet performance and sales targets, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in financial institution sales/service with a track record of meeting goals.
• Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, Patriot Act, Reg CC and funds availability.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet established performance, service and sales standards.
• Develop and deepen member relationships with consultative service and solutions.
• Process member transactions accurately and timely (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, new accounts).
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies and procedures.
• Occasionally backup at other USC CU locations/branches.
