Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of catering, food and beverage, hospitality, and hotel operations.
• Strong sales techniques and business development capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and resolve problems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, negotiate, and book new and repeat business to maximize room and catering revenues.
• Proactively solicit new business via outside sales calls, networking events, and meetings with potential clients.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales to set pricing, sales goals, and strategies.
• Plan, upsell, and detail meetings with clients, including space, times, equipment, and menus.
• Prepare and complete contracts and coordinate with hotel departments to meet client requirements.
• Resolve client issues promptly to ensure quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records, files, and account histories to support current and future business.
• Participate in special projects, committees, and other assignments.
