Job summary

Palm Beach Gardens Marriott is seeking a Sales Manager to drive group revenue by cultivating relationships in niche markets. You will source and secure group business, tailor proposals to client needs, and coordinate with hotel teams to ensure successful events.

You will report to the Director of Sales and work closely to meet revenue goals, develop the sales strategy, and advance within the hospitality sales career path.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus.
• Two years of hotel experience or college degree required.
• Certifications may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business opportunities in target markets.
• Manage and respond to incoming RFPs and inquiries.
• Negotiate and execute group contracts.
• Ensure clear communication of client expectations with hotel operations.
