Job summary

Parker Hospitality, home to The Hampton Social, The Bassment and Costera Cocina Tulum, is seeking an Event Sales Manager in Delray Beach to drive private event sales and ensure successful execution of events at the venue.

You will manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure events align with brand standards and operational excellence, reporting to the General Manager and Regional Directors. The role requires 2–3 years in event sales and a related bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in event sales or management in an upscale, full-service venue.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and drive revenue through effective relationship-building.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-centric approach.
• Proficiency in event management software, CRM systems, and POS tools.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Business Development: actively prospect and respond to inquiries to secure private event bookings, meeting monthly sales targets.
• Event Coordination: serve as point of contact for clients, coordinate with FOH/BOH to execute events.
• Operational Support: attend events, ensure timely setup and breakdown, address client concerns.
• Financial Contribution: help develop event sales strategies and monitor costs for profitability.
• Guest Engagement & Brand Representation: act as brand ambassador and handle client inquiries professionally.
