Job summary

Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG) is seeking an Executive Meeting Manager to coordinate small to mid-sized group meetings from booking through execution. You will be the primary client contact, ensuring details are communicated across hotel departments with a focus on exceptional service.

Responsibilities include building client relationships, booking group business, managing rooming lists, and creating contracts, group resumes and BEOs.

Qualifications

• College degree or two years of hotel experience.
• Previous experience in a similar or related position.
• Additional certifications may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate small to mid-sized group meetings from booking to execution.
• Serve as the primary client contact across hotel departments.
• Book and detail small group business, oversee rooming lists, and create contracts, group resumes, and BEOs.
• Learn about all aspects of sales, catering, and CS, and hotel operations.
