Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Catering Manager to lead planning and execution of catered events, collaborating with clients to ensure every detail exceeds expectations. You will coordinate with culinary and banquet teams to deliver seamless experiences that drive guest satisfaction and revenue.

The role suits an organized, customer-focused hospitality professional with event management experience and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• College degree or two years of hotel experience
• Previous experience in a similar or related position
• Certifications may be considered for additional consideration

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients, third parties, and community organizations to generate catering business for the hotel.
• Respond to incoming RFPs and inquiries, execute contracts and BEOs, and communicate client expectations to the hotel team.
• Support the Director of Sales (Director of Catering) in daily activities and collaboration with culinary and banquet teams.
• Provide a learning path into sales discipline and potential progression into group sales or hotel operations
