HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to lead the planning and execution of catered events, closely working with clients to ensure every detail exceeds expectations.

You will build relationships, prospect for new business, respond to RFPs, execute contracts and BEOs, and coordinate with culinary and banquet teams to deliver seamless experiences that drive guest satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications

• A college degree or two years of hotel experience.
• Previous experience in a similar or related position.
• Additional consideration will be given to applicants who have completed special certifications.

Responsabilités

• Build excellent relationships with clients, third parties, and community organizations to generate catering business for the hotel.
• Prospect for new business, respond to incoming RFPs and inquiries, execute contracts and BEOs, and communicate client expectations to the hotel team.
