Job summary

IQVIA, in partnership with a Medtech client, seeks an Associate Territory Representative to launch a medical device sales career in a pure hunter role. You will call on outpatient clinics, educate clinicians, and drive prescription growth in your territory, with a clear path to Territory Manager roles.

You won’t inherit a book of business; you will build one through disciplined prospecting, high call volume, and strong clinical messaging taught by the company.

Qualifications

• Requires a track record of success in a metrics-driven sales environment.
• Experience in B2B sales and quota achievement preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call on target outpatient clinics within assigned geography.
• Educate clinicians and staff on product benefits and clinical applications.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline in the CRM; drive new prescription volume.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Plan efficient routes and manage expenses for territory.
