Job summary

BD is a leading medical technology company with a broad portfolio for infection prevention and biosurgery. The Territory Manager will drive BD product adoption, manage a territory in the Columbus, OH area, and build new customer relationships while meeting sales goals.

Significant travel and onsite product training are required. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, 2–3 years of sales experience (preferably in operating room settings), and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant sales experience required.
• Operating room sales/medical device experience preferred.
• Ability to work in an operating room environment required.
• Valid driver's license with 3 years driving history; clean record.

Responsibilities

• Presents, educates, and trains surgeons and OR staff on product use.
• Maintain knowledge of BD products, channels, and distribution.
• Meet territory sales and profitability goals.
• Develop new prospects and establish new customers.
• Plan sales calls and route plans based on customer needs and buying signals.
