Job summary

BD is seeking a sales professional for the North Colorado/Wyoming region, based in Salt Lake City, UT. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and ensuring operational execution across facilities and distribution partners.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years in medical device sales, with strong communication and leadership skills. Travel within the territory is required, and in-office presence is expected four days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum three years’ sales experience in the medical device field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and manage expenses within assigned accounts.
• Identify trends and threats affecting performance.
• Support promotional activities and industry events.
• Collaborate with outside sales reps to cover peak periods and emergencies.
• Maintain inventory levels across facilities in the territory.
• Manage distribution partnerships within the territory.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, HIPAA.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
