Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics seeks a Senior Territory Manager to drive launch excellence and accelerate adoption of Aquablation across a strategic U.S. territory. Lead the commercial effort, develop surgeon champions, deepen hospital partnerships, and execute growth strategies to increase procedural volume.

You will train physicians through Aqua Academy, manage cross-functional teams with Marketing and Clinical, and mentor Territory staff to achieve ambitious quotas and optimized patient pathways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in medical sales, Urology / OR preferred.
• Startup or strategic sales experience (high-growth MedTech preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead within field teams.
• As a condition of employment, clinical proficiency enabling case coverage within 60 days after Aqua Academy training; 30 days coaching if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead launch excellence and drive system adoption in high-opportunity hospitals.
• Onboard and train physicians through the surgeon pathway with Marketing and Clinical teams.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural volume growth.
• Develop surgeon champions and KOL relationships to accelerate growth.
• Collaborate on territory expansion, forecast accuracy, and growth strategy.
• Mentor Territory Managers on account planning and utilization growth.
• Identify barriers in patient pathways to expand program reach.
• Collaborate with Clinical and Marketing to maximize scheduling and efficiency.
• Develop and execute utilization strategies for each account with adoption metrics.
• Present utilization data and growth opportunities in business reviews.
