Johnson & Johnson in Pittsburgh seeks an Account Executive I - AHH to support hospital systems with Ethicon surgical devices. You will manage a territory, build relationships with surgeons and hospital staff, and drive forecast attainment in a dynamic operating room environment.

The role emphasizes technical product knowledge, consultative selling, and strong collaboration with marketing and field teams to deliver patient-centered solutions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2+ years of relevant medical sales or healthcare experience.
• A valid US driver's license is required.

Mansioni

• Own the full bag of Ethicon offerings including hemostasis, energy sealing and dissection, surgical stapling and wound closure platforms.
• Sell surgical solutions to surgeons and hospital decision makers, primarily in operating rooms.
• Be assigned a sales territory focusing on physicians and hospital institutions.
• Be accountable to attain forecast in assigned accounts/territory.
• Set priorities and make sound business decisions based on sales opportunities within accounts.
