Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Account Executive I - AHH to support surgeons and hospital systems in the Pittsburgh, PA metro area. You will manage Ethicon’s advanced hemostasis and wound closure solutions, driving sales in the operating room and building strong relationships with key decision makers.

The role focuses on selling comprehensive surgical devices to physicians and hospital staff, with accountability for meeting forecasts, planning priorities, and adhering to healthcare compliance

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of medical sales experience in medical devices or healthcare.
• A valid driver's license issued in the United States.
• Experience in operating room sales and hospital-based settings is preferred.

Mansioni

• Own the Ethicon portfolio in the assigned territory, focusing on hemostasis and wound closure platforms.
• Sell surgical solutions to surgeons and hospital decision makers, primarily in an operating room setting.
• Be accountable to attain the forecast in assigned accounts/territory and manage priorities accordingly.
• Conduct selling cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring compliant, professional conduct.
• Develop relationships with key physicians, hospital staff, and distributors, and educate customers on product use and indications.
