Johnson & Johnson in New Jersey seeks a Plan WorkStream Team Lead for the MedTech Transcend Dynamo Deployment. This role ensures the North America plan processes align with global OTC templates, supports data readiness, testing, and change enablement across the O2C lifecycle.

Based primarily in Raritan, NJ, with potential remote consideration for US-based candidates, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive readiness, and supervise cutover and post-go-live stabilization efforts

Qualifications

Three years in Supply Chain or Order-to-Cash processes.
Bachelor's degree required.
Subject-matter expertise in Plan and OTC in SAP.
Strong decision-making and risk management skills.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive adoption.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with SAP modules for Value Stream.

Responsibilities

Participate in solution confirmation workshops aligned to order management and plan requirements.
Represent plan requirements and resolve functional questions.
Drive change readiness planning across the O2C deployment.
Lead demos and design reviews with structured feedback.
Oversee plan data readiness, cleansing, validation, and deployment prep.
Define test scenarios to support end-to-end O2C validation.
Lead validation activities using integrated testing and simulations.
Assess impacts to Plan KPIs, SLAs and customer experience.
Update and approve Plan SOPs prior to deployment.
Support cutover planning, training and post-go-live stabilization.
