Sesen is a high-growth language services provider focused exclusively on life sciences translation. We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new client growth in the medtech and medical device sector, with a focus on regulatory labeling, MDR compliance, and global product launches.

You’ll build relationships with medical device and diagnostics companies, articulate Sesen’s translation and regulatory submission capabilities, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in medical devices, medtech, regulatory affairs, clinical ops, or localization.
• Experience with translation vendors or multilingual documentation preferred.
• Ability to drive revenue in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a book of business with medical device and medtech companies.
• Understand client workflows from labeling to MDR compliance and position Sesen as partner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for global launches and regulatory submissions.
