Sesen, a leading life sciences translation services provider, is seeking a Business Development Manager in Boston or remote. You will drive new client growth in medtech, device, pharma, and regulatory affairs, building a robust book of business.

You’ll translate client needs into tailored regulatory and labeling solutions, collaborate with product and compliance teams, and represent Sesen at events to raise our profile.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in medical devices, pharma, or regulatory affairs.
• Experience working with translation vendors or multilingual documentation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work autonomously.
• Willingness to travel for industry events (as needed).

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a book of business with medtech and life sciences clients.
• Understand client workflows from labeling to MDR compliance and position Sesen as partner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for global launches and regulatory submissions.
• Represent Sesen at industry events and client meetings.
• Monitor industry trends in translation and medical technology to create opportunities.
