Qualifications

• Healthcare/MedTech experience with knowledge of regulated marketing and MLR review.
• 8–12 years of proven experience in integrated advertising agency roles.
• Minimum of five years of leadership experience, building and guiding account teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic relationship with a high‑profile medical technology client, guiding marketing communications strategy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance through MLR review with client and internal teams.
• Drive organic growth and opportunities for new revenue streams.
• Develop annual client planning and maintain senior‑level client relationships.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across web, social, and traditional channels.
• Coach junior and mid‑level staff across Communities of Practice.
