Qualifications

• Healthcare/MedTech experience required.
• 8–12 years in integrated advertising agency roles.
• Minimum five years of leadership experience.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and lead teams.
• Deep understanding of agency processes and capable of innovating ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic relationship with a high-profile medical technology client.
• Apply healthcare/MedTech expertise to compliant marketing challenges.
• Collaborate with MLR review teams to ensure compliance and scheduling.
• Drive growth opportunities and new revenue streams for the account.
• Develop and coach junior/mid-level staff acrossPractice areas.
• Oversee cross-channel campaigns (web, apps, social, TV, print, radio).
• Support new business efforts with healthcare/MedTech expertise.
